The Wildlings (Local Showcase)

Nestled deep in regional Victoria, The Wildlings are an indie-folk duo blending moody songwriting with striking harmonies and a touch of dramatic flair. Whilst firmly rooted in indie-folk, their sound incorporates accessible pop melodies, creating music that is both thoughtful and catchy.

Made up of friends Drew Walker & Ryan Gay, the Northern Victorian pair have been writing, recording, and playing shows around the country since 2023. Known for their raw, introspective lyricism and hands-on approach to production, The Wildlings are passionate storytellers who handle everything from songwriting, to their art and visuals themselves – staying true to their fiercely independent spirit.

With multiple festival slots and a selection of singles now under their belt, The Wildlings are gearing up for the release of their debut EP just across the horizon.
